Purpose of the foundation
1. The purpose of the foundation is to promote art and culture, sport, youth and elderly care, education, education and vocational training, including student assistance, welfare, development cooperation, public health, animal and nature conservation, as well as supporting those in need Persons.
The purpose of the statutes is achieved in particular through:

the implementation of projects that enable or facilitate young people's access to cultural offerings;

the implementation of projects that support young people in developing prospects for a self-responsible and humane existence through sporting activity;

the implementation of projects that support young people in promoting sporting talent through appropriate offerings, especially in conjunction with necessary school education (e.g. sports boarding schools);

the implementation of projects to improve the sports offering in schools;

the implementation of projects to support school children with learning disabilities;

the support of squad athletes who, taking into account their personal and financial situation, have no other financing options;

the provision of cultural offerings at the local level;

Information projects aimed at further developing the awareness of broader sections of the population for the concerns and needs of so-called marginalized people in a prosperous society such as that of the Federal Republic of Germany;

material and non-material support for people in need of help (within the meaning of Section 53 of the Tax Code), in particular people with physical, mental or psychological disabilities and abused people;

material support for people in need in hungry areas of the world;

material support for people who are in need of economic assistance within the meaning of Section 53 of the Tax Code, especially old people without adequate retirement provision;

the implementation of projects to research and document the threats and exploitation of wild animals and their habitats, including the development of appropriate protective measures;

carrying out studies in the field of wildlife and nature protection;

carrying out public relations and educational work in the field of wildlife and nature conservation;

the implementation of projects to improve initial or emergency care in the event of illness or accident;
-
cooperation and collaboration with other organizations at home and abroad that pursue the same or similar purposes as the foundation.

Projects that promote art and culture as well as sport should preferably be carried out in the donors' home communities, Bietigheim-Bissingen and Freudental.
2. In addition, the foundation can also provide non-material and financial support to other tax-privileged corporations and corporations under public law for the non-material and material support of the purposes mentioned in paragraph 1 above, in particular through the procurement and distribution of funds within the meaning of Section 58 No. 1 AO.
